Finally I became a NATIONWIDE in the USA and I figured out how I could them on the internet with borrowers' . Mortgages btw are bought and sold on the secondary market as mortgage securities.

Shortly after it dawned on me that if I could generate 1000’s of fully completed loan applications, what is stopping me from doing the same with any product or service, which to me, would be so much easier.

-at a click of a mouse. Before we knew it we were one of the largest traffic providers on the net during 2001 and 2008. We provided highly targeted and qualified SE traffic to all the major pay per click engines online for the next 7 years. (eg 7search)

WebTrafficBrokers.com was able to secure traffic from major search engines in excess of 100 million unique visitors per month starting in 2001.

I cut my teeth in the mortgage industry back in the 90's. Coming out of High interest rates then btw..

I took a job with a National Correspondent Lender and I was going into peoples homes with a laptop and a portable printer. (only person in the world --using major tech --at the time).

Also had the first Panasonic Laptop anyone has ever seen in Florida. That all my co-workers did not support. Only because the GOOD OLE BOYS HATE Competition..??

..knock knock Hell 0 anyone home??

Not much has changed in 20 years.

We specialized in FHA/VA loans and everyone and their dogs where sitting on high interest rate MORTGAGE loans back in the 90’s.

9.5% to 10.5% interest rates. Basically they were lay down sales (loans) since who didn't want their mortgage payment to be reduced BY $100 - $400 USD per month?

Was writing anywhere between 5-10 loans per week when that is the average per month.

It was a gravy train. (aka residential mortgage refinances) BOOM!

Not on Purpose BUT BY DESIGN. Think about that..

Speaking of Gravy Trains;) “JOBS OR ALL WORLDWIDE COMING SOON!”

Now the same thing is happening again. the only problem is that interest rates need to rise to 12% - 14% in order for them to fall down again for refinancing??

So in-fact MONEY PRINTING WILL CONTINUE TO RAISE INTEREST RATES AND THEY WILL PRINT MORE MONEY if we the people do not put a stop to it TODAY!!

--and that my friends is the big problem.

I put many in homes (First Time Home Buyers) that would/could never BUY A HOME under normal circumstances. I helped them to repair their credit and then all mortgage loans for APPROVAL.

In other words I never submitted a b-c to an underwriter unless I was 100% POSITIVE it would be APPROVED ;)

..And that was my reward!! to see a family in a home—never thought possible—is a .. :)

Finally I became a NATIONWIDE in the USA and I figured out how I could them on the internet with borrowers' . Mortgages btw are bought and sold on the secondary market as mortgage securities.

Shortly after it dawned on me that if I could generate 1000’s of fully completed loan applications, what is stopping me from doing the same with any product or service, which to me, would be so much easier.

-at a click of a mouse. Before we knew it we were one of the largest traffic providers on the net during 2001 and 2008. We provided highly targeted and qualified SE traffic to all the major pay per click engines online for the next 7 years. (eg 7search)

9.5% to 10.5% interest rates. Basically they were lay down sales (loans) since who didn't want their mortgage payment to be reduced BY $100 - $400 USD per month?

Was writing anywhere between 5-10 loans per week when that is the average per month.

It was a gravy train. (aka residential mortgage refinances) BOOM!

Not on Purpose BUT BY DESIGN. Think about that..

) Chairman Gary Gensler doubled down on his position that his agency has “robust” authority to regulate the cryptocurrency industry, stating in a conversation with the Washington Post on Tuesday that “most” cryptocurrencies have attributes of securities.

Gensler also discussed stablecoins, which have become a growing area of concern among federal regulators. Gensler told the Washington Post that the SEC is currently putting together a report about stablecoins under the guidance of Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. He also said the SEC is working with banking regulators in order to get expanded authority from Congress to regulate stablecoins.

Gensler has previously compared the crypto industry to the Wild West, an analogy he expanded on during Tuesday’s interview. “We’ve got a lot of casinos here in the Wild West,” Gensler said. “And the poker chip is these stablecoins.”

Gensler’s comments come a week after his testimony before the Senate Banking Committee, during which he argued that crypto exchanges such as Coinbase should register with the SEC.

In his conversation with the Washington Post, Gensler expanded on his position, saying that crypto trading and lending platforms offer up to “thousands” of tokens, and it is “highly likely” that some of these tokens fit the definition of a security.

“Those platforms should come in, and they should figure out how to register,” Gensler said. “Not many have, and so I do really fear that we’ll keep bringing these enforcement cases but there’s gonna be a problem ... and, frankly, when that happens I think a lot of people are going to get hurt.”

Gensler also credited bitcoin’s pseudonymous creator, Satoshi Nakamoto – whom Gensler referred to as “Nakamoto-san” – with spurring innovation and being a catalyst for change in how central banks and the private sector handle payment systems.

Despite the benefits to innovation, however, Gensler stressed the importance of proactive crypto regulation.

Gensler also said several times during the interview that he doesn’t see private forms of money as viable in the long term, comparing crypto to the Wildcat banking era of the 19th century when banks in remote areas of the U.S. distributed nearly worthless paper currency backed by bonds and other securities.

“History tells us that private forms of money don’t last long,” Gensler told the Washington Post. “I don’t think there’s a long-term viability for 5,000 or 6,000 private forms of money.”
