I was raised in the #lie of #SANTA_CLAUS. I was told IF I WAS A #GOOD_CHILD then I would receive the #toys I wanted. #WE_WERE_POOR! So #Santa_Claus #NEVER brought me what my #heart_desired. But the #lie I was raised with made me almost a saint. That's a mighty large task for a child. My #heart was always #broken on #Christmas_morning! We had a grandmother that always purchased what we children absolutely #needed. #Winter_boots, #slippers and #WARM_CLOTHES. She made sure we had pajamas and a robe. Underwear, socks, hats, gloves, winter coats. Now I really #appreciate her #gifts. I don't know why my #parents #lied #to_me but they did. I too lied to my children. What I remember is the utter #devastation of #my_own_children when they found out there was #NO_SANTA_CLAUS. if I could #turn_back_time I would not ever do that to my children. OUR #CHILDREN KEPT SAYING IN #COMPLETE_SHOCK, you lied.... #you_lied_to_me..... #I CAN'T #BELIEVE YOU WOULD #LIE TO #ME.
