The only problem was that Windows could not run on the Internet effectively like LINUX which has been powering the internet since 1997 and earlier.

Because #Netscape; the #Browser >> IS the #REAL #WINDOW TO THE #INTERNET.
BASICALLY WINDOWS WAS ALWAYS a desktop version with NO WINDOW TO ANYWHERE other than keeping you all in a CONTROLLED Boxes (Think #Aol #America_Online) in order to sell you ADVERTISING EXCLUSIVELY CUTTING OUT ALL #COMPETITORS
like Centralized Networks are doing now and why Decentralization is the ONLY remedy. imho
