You mention bending the rules (to make them fit??)
IMPORTANT: To become successful W/ HONOR and in an Honest way; you cannot BREAK any RULES or LAWS.
AND That's what #separates the #boys from the #men and the #girls from the #Women.
Not breaking any rules or laws in finance is an #ART and requires #superior_knowledge to be #successful.
Anyone can break laws and why we have laws in the first place; for those who cannot #follow rules and regulations.
They are #robbing from the #mouths of our #children and they #DO_NOT_CARE!
Sentence back in the day for such #atrocities = #DEATH!
YES now you are concerned with the #FEDS, #NSA breaking what they already #broke before.
That IS a viable concern for the concerned??
In over 45 years as a Business Professional in the USA I can honestly say I have never seen SO MANY #CROOKS ‘in one country’ (USA)-- in my life.
I have met many in finance, real-estate, stock markets etc., over many years.
One thing they all had in common is that they would #bend that #RULER until it #BROKE. And then pat each other on the shoulder for a JOB WELL DONE?? Ugh!
Right in front of my very eyes.. (forgeries and many other manipulations of legal instruments)
SINCE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WIN FAIRLY THEY CHEAT, LIE, MANIPULTE AND STEAL YOUR CHILDRENS FUTURE!
THEY ARE BY THE VERY #DEFINITION = #LOSERS!
No matter how hard they tried they continued to bend that ruler until it broke. Licensed financiers INCAPABLE OF DOING WHAT IS RIGHT --NEVER GETTING CAUGHT OR GOING TO JAIL/PRISON is an injustice in the HISTORY OF MANKIND!
YES! Americans have been successful at 1000's of #pre_meditated ways of Breaking the law #ILLEGALLY!
They never get #arrested why would they #STOP?? ZERO incentive to change their ways. While #fatherless homes increase by the 100's every day??
They all talk the talk .. but in reality they have ZERO intelligence OR commitment to #WE_THE_PEOPLE
That said in the past I was a mortgage broker for over 12 years. I would do residential loans for the many folks in Florida called "PROBLEM CHILD'S"
Basically I specialized in B, C, and D Residential Home Loans. The most difficult loans to get approvals and why I pre-underwrote all of my loans as a qualified UNDERWRITER before Submission to Institutionalized underwriters. (100% Approval rating btw;)
I was a Correspondent lender nationwide in the USA for 12 years. Its how I found the Internet in 1999, but that another story for the future.
Fanny Mae/Freddy Mac are lay-down loans for me. Perfect credit-- no brainer loans.
My 2 year old son at the time could do them.
For me I loved the challenge and the reward of helping someone with poor credit based on past mistake and then helping client correcting those mistakes in order to get good financing as a first time home-buyer. (Basically, A NEW #START in #Life:)
You see, no one needs to break laws or rules. They just need to #WORK_HARD for their money.
Not Steal it bc they are too LAZY or too DUMB to find a viable or LEGAL SOLUTION!
