#Ugandan president to sign #ANTI_GAY #BILL bill | (#WITHOUT_ENFORCEMENT) Ugandan President, #Yoweri_Museveni, will in the coming hours sign a controversial anti-#homosexuality bill, into law.
That's according to the President's office.
The bill carries heavy jail terms, penalties for not reporting homosexuals, and #punishes those who #promote homosexuality.
