Donald Trump has been indicted for the #third_time as special counsel Jack Smith laid #four_charges against him.
Smith #charged the #former_president with: 1. #Conspiracy_to_defraud the #United_States,
2. #conspiracy_to_obstruct an official proceeding,

4. #conspiracy_against_rights.
These charges all relate to the January 6 insurrection in which prosecutors allege that Trump #encouraged his #supporters to attempt to #overturn the 2020 #presidential_election.
