Finally I became a NATIONWIDE in the USA and I figured out how I could them on the internet with borrowers' . Mortgages btw are bought and sold on the secondary market as mortgage securities.

Shortly after it dawned on me that if I could generate 1000’s of fully completed loan applications, what is stopping me from doing the same with any product or service, which to me, would be so much easier.

-at a click of a mouse. Before we knew it we were one of the largest traffic providers on the net during 2001 and 2008. We provided highly targeted and qualified SE traffic to all the major pay per click engines online for the next 7 years. (eg 7search)

WebTrafficBrokers.com was able to secure traffic from major search engines in excess of 100 million unique visitors per month starting in 2001.

We specialized in FHA/VA loans and everyone and their dogs where sitting on high interest rate MORTGAGE loans back in the 90’s.

9.5% to 10.5% interest rates. Basically they were lay down sales (loans) since who didn't want their mortgage payment to be reduced BY $100 - $400 USD per month?

Was writing anywhere between 5-10 loans per week when that is the average per month.

It was a gravy train. (aka residential mortgage refinances) BOOM!

Not on Purpose BUT BY DESIGN. Think about that..

Now the same thing is happening again. the only problem is that interest rates need to rise to 12% - 14% in order for them to fall down again for refinancing??

So in-fact MONEY PRINTING WILL CONTINUE TO RAISE INTEREST RATES AND THEY WILL PRINT MORE MONEY if we the people do not put a stop to it TODAY!!

I put many in homes (First Time Home Buyers) that would/could never BUY A HOME under normal circumstances. I helped them to repair their credit and then all mortgage loans for APPROVAL.

In other words I never submitted a b-c to an underwriter unless I was 100% POSITIVE it would be APPROVED ;)

..And that was my reward!! to see a family in a home—never thought possible—is a .. :)
