If it just bounces off DR like I suspect like in pin ball machine its GONNA be A #BIGGY.

FIONA HAS LOTS OF ROOM TO GROW.

Potentially Cat 4-5 and with all the past Flooding.. Folks should start preparing NOW for the Worst.
