#Kanye_West to acquire #Parler app
Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, has #agreed in principle to acquire the #social_media platform #Parler, the company said.
The #deal comes a week after his #accounts on #Twitter and #Instagram were #locked due to #antisemitic #comments he made on the #apps, including saying in a tweet he would go "#death con 3 On #JEWISH PEOPLE." In a press release announcing the deal, Ye spoke on the right to free expression.
