Pure Genius (Intangible) needs to be REDUCED (DEGRADED) into an #LOWER_LEVEL of #Intelligence for it to function or perform (aka tangible). For example, a computer;)
Lets take it one step further. Pure Genius (Intangible) needs to be REDUCED (DEGRADED) by a inferior intangible called a "Browser:
running again on a REDUCED inferior tangible that can by #Patented called a computer??
Basically the #USPTO is #BACKWARDS. In terms of the Pursuit of Genius and renders it FOREVER #UNACHIEVABLE>>
BUT NOT FOR #IP_THIEVES!
