I remember taking the 60 hr course and then weekend cram courses for a month in order to learn how to pass the final real estate exam test.

I scored 97% in the end.

However I recall the teacher saying that the reason REALTOR LICENSING became MANDITORY in the first place was because of #REDLINING in New York, USA.
