At 14 underaged I took a job at Big Boys as a cook. I lied about my age to get the JOB.
Before I knew it.. I ran the entire kitchen by myself. 4-5 w/ waitresses who were always late.
One morning a Big Ole Texan Walked in wearing a big ole cowboy hat and talked like a Texan.
Since the waitresses were always late I took his order.
Good morning Sir How may I help you!?
He said I would like a T-Bone Steak with Eggs.
I said how would you like that done (temperature) sir?
"He said Knock off the horns; wipe its ass and throw it on the plate.."
I laughed.. then realized he was serious.
So I did exactly that. Took out a nice COLD RAW t bone steak our of the cooler; threw it on a plate with eggs and garnish and watch him eat it..
He left a 20 $dollar tip and left 🤑
The waitresses were furious..
