On a Side note ANY IDIOT/CROOK/MOBSTER can be a COMMERCIAL Realtor bc NO, NADA, ZILCH LICENSING *REQUIRED? While Even Attorneys struggled to pass the difficult Residential Real Estate Exam in which I received a 97% Grade. Loser New York screaming FOUL PLAY blaming Florida for selling Swamp Land to Tourists when infact NEW YORK was COVERING UP THE REAL RACIAL CRIME OF MAGNITUDE CALLED #REDLINING RUN RAMPANT IN NEW YORK UNSUPERVISED!??

BTW One of the Major reason's why all Realtor's in Florida were mandated to pass a REAL ESTATE EXAM was bc of REDLINING WHICH DOES NOT APPLY TO COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
