what we would classify as evil things, or bad things.
God created out of His own free choice, uninfluenced, God created everything that is, ordained everything that is. And in 2 Samuel 10:12 it says, "The Lord does what seems to Him good."
The Lord does what seems to Him good. Listen to Psalm 33:9 to 11. "He spoke and it was done. He commanded and The Lord brings the counsel of the heathen to naught, He makes the devices of the people of no effect.
The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations." Or Psalm 103:19, "The Lord has prepared His throne in the heavens.
