I owned many homes in my lifetime --most were rentals.
I remember renting out to a Marine with a family of 4 kids and a Wife who was hispanic.
He fought in the Iraq war with oil up to his waste for months breathing deadly #oil_field #EMMISSIONS.
Unfortunately, that caused him a serious lung problem and when he could not pay his rent I visited him, only to find him hacking away, spitting out chucks of scum into a sandwich bag--to take to the vet doctor for 👨⚕️ 👩⚕️ examination.
Few months later he was dead. Leaving a wife and 4 very young children fatherless.
