I want realism in my scifi.

I want all of the people to blindly ascribe to different company's vision of how computers work, and all blindly bleat about how "it always works perfectly" and yet at every turn they're obviously twisting themselves into knots because of the awful ergonomics and UX of tech that was obviously designed by someone who had never even thought of the real use cases the tech would be put to.
