The Culprit in the SeaPort Manatee Oil Spill MYSTERY could be on the hook for hundreds of thousands of dollars and commissioners named Chalie Bishop as Manatee County's New Country Adminnistrator during a Tuesday meeting filled with contested matters.

The Culprit in the SeaPort Manatee Oil Spill MYSTERY could be on the hook for hundreds of thousands of dollars and commissioners named Chalie Bishop as Manatee County's New Country Adminnistrator during a Tuesday meeting filled with contested matters.
