I am early 50's and still code around half of my day. I do manage a small team but my primary love has always been development. I'm wondering what resources there are for us senior devs who keep coding? My older friends in the field chat when we are able about the cyclic nature of tech, coding, managing, mentoring and sometimes (unfortunately) strategies for dealing with ageism. But the pool of 40+ yr old devs is not huge in my area so I'd like access to a online community if anyone has pointers. Thanks!

All developers and programmers ARE #language_interpreters IMHO.
And why MANY have #Writers_Block --meaning you cannot think outside the box bc THEY only have seen the back (1) side of the html page.
Once you able to see both sides (FRONT AND BACK) of the pages then you will be able to move forward..
However without any SOLID background knowledge in Internet Marketing and/or BUSINESS EXPERTISE as well as DEEP PAST insight regarding the evolution of the internet = writers block confirmed by this request..
In other words WITHOUT #HINDSIGHT THERE WILL BE LITTLE, IF ANY, #FORESIGHT!
Writers block. I got over 100K PMS hours under belt (25 years) as project manager.
