Background Info: I took a real estate course in Florida, where even many attorneys failed to pass the state exam.

I remember taking the 60 hr course and then weekend cram courses for a month in order to learn how to pass the final real estate exam test.

I scored 97% in the end.

However I recall the teacher saying that the reason REALTOR LICENSING WAS MANDITORY was because of #REDLINING.

First time I had ever heard that term so remembered it;)

I pretty much was an Orphan growing up as a child. The mother and father of my brother and sister. With the little time I had on my hands i would participate in sports. Every sport that I played I surpassed most of my team players. I was highly coordinated and skilled in anything I tried. I played Hockey, football and baseball. Got stories for all of them..

But Always the LAST ONE PICKED.. Go Figure??

Basically I was the top receiver for 3 straight years in a row, straight out of the gates playing football.

So lets talk #Football.

I joined Bantam football right after I won a World Baseball Championship for my team to go to Europe. Bottom of the ninth in a HOT BOX I won that game for my team but had no parents to sign authorization to even go to Europe;(.. Plus who would take care of my brother and sister??

I remember this team bc they all looked like seniors high school players to our surprise. Gonna get a good ass kicking today.. I thought to myself..

The quarter back threw an interception meant for me as a wingback. Of course it got intercepted by the BIGGEST GUY ON THEIR TEAM.. He bolted to the goal line with me trailing him without his knowledge. He though he was #HOME_FREE; LIKE THEY ALWAYS THINK.. ;)

I'm right behind him and why he could not see me.

The only way I could tackle this guy was to dive at his ankles at high speed. It was a Gamble. So I dove at his ankles and #Trapped one foot BY THE #ANKLE in between my #forearms. This guy fell hard just 20 yards away from the goal line.

He turned around and looked at me, like a baby, throwing a #temper_tantrum in the middle of the field SCREAMING . " I cannot believe i was tackled by only one little F*ck!"

I ended up with broken solar plexus.. ouch..
In hindsight?? the perfect #TAKEDOWN!;)
