Usually if you call; it's because you have a specific problem that is not listed in the voice prompts. You are endlessly processed ..ending up at the main menu again! -20 minutes later.. ugh!

Example: I call up this morning to my Cell Phone Provider. To My Surprise my phone call gets picked up immediately and It 'seems' like I am talking to a real person?? BUSTED;).. During their first welcome message I ask a question.. It gets #ignored and why I know I am talking a #BOT/aka #Computer_Program NOT a #REAL PERSON!? Next I simply ask for a "Transfer Pin" since i will be transferring my services to another provider. The BOT recognized that "keyword phrase" "Transfer Pin" and would have given it to me automatedly; if their entire network was not down. Instead they tell me to call back in 4 hours when system is back up.
