Background Info: I took a real estate course in Florida, where many attorneys failed to pass the state exam.
I remember taking the 60 hr course and then weekend cram courses for a month in order to learn how to pass the final real estate exam test.
I scored 97% in the end.
However I recall the teacher saying that the reason REALTOR LICENSING became MANDITORY in the first place was because of #REDLINING in #New_York, USA.
But did not include COMMERCIAL REALTORS ONLY RESIDENTIAL. Gave the wimp chumps not only a license to steal but also MONEY LAUNDERING through the sales of the said Money laundering Vehicle.
First time I had ever heard that term "redlining" so remembered it;)
