Background Info: I took a real estate course in Florida, where even many attorneys failed to pass the state exam.

I remember taking the 60 hr course and then weekend cram courses for a month in order to learn how to pass the final real estate exam test.

I scored 97% in the end.

However I recall the teacher saying that the reason REALTOR LICENSING WAS MANDITORY was because of #REDLINING 📈 .

First time I had ever heard that term so remembered it;)

Little did anyone know that COMMERICAL REALTORS DID NOT NEED LICENSING.
